My colleagues supported me by reading my blog posts as well as my discussion posts. They were willing to read through my posts and offer insights and their points of view on the topic of discussion. I learned something new from everyone each week which emphasises the importance of collaboration even on a virtual space. In our weekly interaction, we did well in keeping the discussion board an empowering space where everyone's thoughts and opinions were of importance, which encouraged positive thinking and inspiration.
I supported my colleagues by ensuring that I offered my most sincere opinions on each weeks's discussion. I also ensured that I encouraged my colleagues in their efforts because we are are all on a journey to become more knowledgeable in this field. I particularly enjoyed reading everyone's discussion posts because they were influenced by their personal life or professional journey. I was happy each week to ask questions and drop comments on their posts.
I wish everyone success as we continue on this journey. I hope that you all continue with the same zeal and energy you started this first course with and hopefully we all make it to the last course.

Adiele, it has been a pleasure to work and learn alongside and from you during this course. I really hope we are in many of the same future courses.
